This Week's Life Challenge: "This week...we are challenging ourselves to consider how we process information... especially in a stressful situation. The video below goes over a tutorial of the mind and it's processing. If our eyes were mirrors for our soul... rather than just windows for others to see into, what would we see when we looked at our selves through that mirror? What if while making choices, we observed ourselves making those choices... how we looked, sounded, felt... what would those things look like to us? Would we be satisfied with our processing or would we discover something we ourselves felt should be modified? This week we will choose a day to observe our responses to everyday life and see if there is something that stands out in our soul-reflection that we desire to modify. We will identify what we need to do to make that modification and what small change can be immediately applied to begin the process of modification.
