All program enrollment cancellations made after 3 business days are subject to a cancellation service fee equivellant to that of one month of service. All Pay-by-Day subscriptions are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. In addition, there will be no refund on resource materials paid for by the client, as all sessions are custom prepared for each attending client. There will be an in store credit policy applied to all undamaged return products, such as the "Soul Mates" Line, the "ArtMarks Collection", Booklets and all other paper publications. For all downloadable file purchases, there will be an exchange policy only. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS.
